      Dear J. Gary,

      I'm sorry, but no I don't see. While I admire and respect Ronald Reagan, I have a hard time considering Ollie North any kind of hero. The most thin patriotism, two-dimensional thinking, lying to Congress... the man is hard to paint as any kind of hero in my book. I respect honest patriotism, but I also value very highly intelligence and sophistication - both of which it would be hard to find much of in Mr. North. Ollie North is more a zealot and an ideologue.

      Although you have to be rude and tell me to "Get my head out of my rear end," your "insightful" comments fail to change my mind. To change my mind you need reason and right. Perhaps with Mr. Reagan you have that, but with Ollie North I find myself not very moved.
